i find it almost remarkable how much we have in common (and that which we don't have in common, it's as if we are complete polar opposites).
i.e., growing up, i adored pete townshend (and got to meet him a few times, i should scan those photos someday) in a way which bordered on avodah zara ... same goes for johnny cash. i loved him at least 15 years before that movie jsut came out. now everyone and their bubbe loves j.c.
on the other hand, i'd rather saw of my right arm (may it wither!) if i ever forget the new york mets as my chief joy. to me, yankee stadium may as well be babylon.
but i think you're great anyways.
